spring concert and rocket launch

 The 4th and 5th graders have their music concert in the spring where they get to showcase all their musical instruments.  Stetson participated in the recorder ensemble this year and really enjoyed it.   They had rehearsals before school each day at 8 and he was very dedicated about attending.  I love all the concerts the elementary puts on and watching my kids enjoy music.

 The 5th graders do a rocket launch at the end of every school year.  I was subbing for April Nichols for her maternity leave the last couple months of school so I was right on on all the action.  After they launch their rocket it is tradition to try to catch it.  A few do and its exciting when they do!  Stetson didn't catch his but we loved watching him have fun!
