A new year!

Stetson started middle school, Janelle started 1st grade with Joni Geiser and Kandace started 4th grade with Stacy O'Tremba. Every year goes by faster and faster and I can't quite explain how much I hate time passing so quickly.  If I thought I were a better mom and hadn't wasted precious time, I wouldn't have guilt or regrets but I feel like I have so much room for improvement to shape and mold these special kids into the kind of individuals we want them to be.

The Secret Garden

 The Missoula Children's Theatre came to Byron so the kids go to be in The Secret Garden.  Kandace will tell you she didn't like it but she in fact did.  Janelle was absolutely adorable and looking back I'm proud of her for getting up in front of a group because this is proving to become more difficult for her.  Stetson is always a good sport and liked it but not as much as I'd anticipated.  The whole thing was probably a little juvenile for him but a good experience.

Newsies

 I had heard talk of other people going to the Playmill theatre in West Yellowstone and I didn't want our family miss out so we made the trek to West Yellowstone and back in one day.  The play was fun and I think the kids loved it but it was too much driving in one day.   Next time we'll have to make a camping trip out of it.
